Located in the Sussex countryside 4 miles from the historic town of Rye, Flackley Ash is a delightful Grade II listed Georgian country house with an award-winning restaurant, a bar and spa facilities.

The hotel’s spa features various treatment rooms. At Flackley Ash Hotel Restaurant and Spa, guests can also enjoy a gym, a 40 ft heated indoor swimming-pool, a hot tub and saunas. Various beauty treatments and massages are also available.

The award-winning restaurant’s menu features English dishes with Mediterranean influences, including fresh fish and seafood. Guests can also make the most of the bar and the lounge areas.
